Refund Policy

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in original condition, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

How to Return

To start a return, contact us at hello@frumos.com.pk. If accepted, we'll provide return shipping instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges

For exchanges, return the original item and place a new order separately once the return is accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Personal care products that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
